Agent+Plg Helm version 0.1.3 failing

We are seeing error on the existing EC which are deployed as a TLS plugin and is using agent+plg chart version 0.1.3.

The error messages is as below:

After checking the wrappers.tpl file in the agent+helper template, it is also expecting below 2 values:

• name: AGENT_REV value: {{ .Values.global.agtK8Config.agtK8Config.agentRev|quote }}
  • name: EC_PPS value: {{ .Values.global.agtK8Config.agtK8Config.ownerHash|quote }}. If we add these values in the env config the EC starts functioning but with 213 version as expected. This has broken EC's on dev, stage and prod. Plese help fix the helm asap.
