Updated spec for load balancer #138

ENTRYPOINT unable to find the path. So updated with full path.

@ayasuda-ge .. Can you please review the spec for load balancer and merge the changes, if changes looks good. Changes were tested while deploying gateway in EKS environment. Travis build failed due to other changes in sdk repo. Please add your comments for any questions.

Just to add note, this PR is depends on sdk PR. So parent PR must be merged prior to this.
