FYI the latest QA/QC efforts-

minikube test looks solid,
the spec rendered correctly,
the docker run indicates the dummy oauth2/uaa instance is not valid yet is expected.

Based on the findings above, please help finalise the solution for the merge. Thank you. @sheshankgujjari @simran3695 @palokam
