Issue: Windows CF Push does not work (unknown port error)

Issue: Windows users experience issues for assigning dynamic port through cf push (GC gateway)

Solution:: You may be able to get a successful GW Agent connection by skipping bash entirely, and executing the Agent directly as the yml command. I suspect this is worthy of note as a work-around when ecagent gives an “unknown port” error while attempting to creating EC GW
