Unable to connect to oracle DB with windows VLAN

Customer reported an issue as BOTS job running in AWS VPC is not connecting to a on premise oracle database with EC with Windows VLAN feature.

Below are the points verified, referenced and fixed the problem -

• EC gateway is running in Power VPC and in a good condition
• Windows VLAN documentation referenced here
• EC server is running in on premise environment as per documentation and looks good
• EC client configured as per documentation
• Created local loop back adapter in windows EC2. Steps can be found in referenced link
• Fix: Have to add IP's to local loop back adaptor in windows
  • Oracle database used to have IP's for scan, local listener and server. We should add all IP's to local loop adapter created in windows client machine. In this case, only scan IP's were added. After adding all IP's connection working fine as expected.
