SOA CS POC - Unable to connect to oracle database with EC VLAN

Part of 'SOA CS' POC project, customer wants to connect to a on premise oracle database from oracle SOA. Connection not established with EC VLAN.

Following are the steps and changes we made to make it working -

• Added -vln at the end of server script and restarted
• Added -plg -vln to the client script in both nodes and restarted
• Run EC client with sudo mode or root user
• Test connection with oracle scan ip and port
