As Ops agent, I need to resolve the k8s health probing performance issue specified in the serviceNow incident.
As developer, I need to have an extra HTTP endpoint to[1] reduce the resource (CPU/Mem) consumption for usage calculation [2] meet the k8s resource threshold spec.
