'no gateway info found in the list' error in EC server logs #179

EC Server agent running in subscription ddf79094-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx9cbfc1f giving the following error - 

EC Server] 2021/10/15 12:05:46 [client#4cgdbn requests connection with the bind id#3E1RQeUls9.]
[EC Server] 2021/10/15 12:05:46 [github.build.ge.com//wzcore.(*Server).addServerInst.func1 no gateway info found in the list.]
[EC Server] 2021/10/15 12:05:46 [client#4cgdbn requests connection with the bind id#CTAJuZQVSB.]
[EC Server] 2021/10/15 12:05:46 [github.build.ge.com//wzcore.(*Server).addServerInst.func1 no gateway info found in the list.]
[EC Server] 2021/10/15 12:05:50 [client#4cgdbn requests connection with the bind id#Zat9hARDhX.]

Identified glist is becoming empty for every few seconds.

The error no gateway info found in the list because of some untracked ‘ghost’ server agents. We have to stop this agent to make the subscription operational.

I’m not sure about the root cause let us discuss this in the grooming call or later in the day tomorrow
