2 years ago @HimanginiRaj .. This is similar to other scnarions we had found recently. Please check for unused(ghost) server agents and restart them.
We had documented the possible solutions for this issue here. Please check.
I had enquired the ec service instance status and is in good standing and had correct network routes.
