DPOD Stage connection issue #193

Customer had reported an outage in stage environment for 'DPOD-DTE Maximo integration phase 2'

Identified the server agents are down. Connections are back to normal after starting the agents. Requested ops team to make sure to enable the monitoring scripts to restart automatically.
