Upon the initial investigation,
Identified there was an outage happened on target system (database) this weekend and required to make some changes in EC server script.
Wabtec team made required changes and restarted the EC server. Connection are now back to normal and confirmed by customers.
Customer had scheduled a call to investigate the production issue for connecting to 'Wabtec database'.
