Customer had scheduled a call to investigate the production issue for connecting to 'Wabtec database'.

Upon the initial investigation,

EC server agent and EC client pods are running fine
TC is throwing 'TNS: listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor'
Requested Gecars team to reverify the DB details with wabtec

Identified there was an outage happened on target system (database) this weekend and required to make some changes in EC server script.

Wabtec team made required changes and restarted the EC server. Connection are now back to normal and confirmed by customers.
