While creating new EC Agents we are Getting "no content" error, while using POST Call. #196

@UthappaAR .. As per the email communication.. I see you were trying to create new groups and agent id's from the EC service. But you are unable to do it from from swagger API.

Can you please try to execute the same command with curl command and share the result?

@ramaraosrikakulapu ..we tried running the curl command we are getting below error curl: (35) schannel: failed to receive handshake, SSL/TLS connection failed

Issue resolved for the instance. However permanent solution to be implemented to "unmap the additional route *-2022 for all service instances".
