Merged manually into ECALELF/EoP-devel branch with following modifications:

revised Makefile with rules for more compact Makefile
Makefile for EOverPcalibration
Makefile for NtuplePackage
cleaned code and usage of include < header> for system headers (ROOT included), include "head" for headers in the package
removed isW and isZ from ntuples (tried to propagate to EoP, to be checkd)
removed setTDRStyle from NtuplePackage
