Issue of "plots" and "trend" folders are not generated when calculating indices. Version 1.9-3 #7

I am using version 1.9-3 and when calculating the indices it only generates the folders "indices" and "log", however, the folder "plots" and "trend" is not generated. I don't have this problem with version 1.1. Which of those two versions is the newer? Why is it that one version generates those folders and the other does not? Thank you.
