Moving Conformance links below actual data links #19

Suggestion regarding the order of links on https://geo.weather.gc.ca/geomet/features

I suggest moving Conformance before Links, and thus after Collections and Processes.

My argument: users want to access the data, that's why they're there. Conformance information can go after.
