Get the following up on the homepage:

nav bar with: Home icon, account, slots, roulette and blackjack options
game selection: Slots, Blackjack and Roulette

The following issues are known about this draft and will be fixed once further connection is made between the backend and the front end:

The Roulette, Slots, and Blackjack game buttons link to the landing page.
The nav bar issues (games linked to landing) are also unresolved.
The buttons themselves use default png icons.

The page has worked for a while now. Refer to #35. The only fundamental updates that have been made are whether or not the pages to the games were linked to the nav bar.
