Image Uploader Has Possibly Incorrect Default Image Address #790

For future usage, if the server books-test gets axed, then this endpoint might break, we should change it to be variable so it takes in current server access whether thats "books.colab.duke.edu" or "books-dev.colab.duke" or something else.

File path for this issue is frontend/src/components/uploaders/ImageFileUploader.tsx
