Nomination UI Home

[ ] Change the title of the nomination UI to reflect the required vs currently submitted users.
[ ] View / Edit button should be bellow Status label
[ ] SUBMIT should be colored accordingly
[ ] Map is not currently rendered

Nomination Candidate List for District

[ ] District name should be added as a title.
[ ] Set page borders properly
[ ] Add + button should be prominent
[ ] Button placement and padding Add Candidate form
[ ] Mark that all fields are mandatory.
[ ] Add field validation.
[ ] Primary button should come to right.

Nomination candidate Payment

[ ] Add page to the UI
[ ] Need a title
[ ] Complete the payment form with all the fields.

Nomination candidate review

[ ] Need to implement the screen
