Automation test for: 63 convert ppm measurements

Description

• Added test to check behaviour when data is provided from Open AQ in ppm format
  • relies on the estimated_surface_pressure_pa and estimated_temperature_k already in the database
  • the calculation of this part is being tested manually
  • asserts that given the original value and these variables, the value is correct
  • asserts that pm10 and pm2_5 are not stored in the db when units are ppm
• existing tests already check that data provided in µg/m³ is unchanged
