As a user I would like to be able to export a graph as a PNG

Acceptance Criteria: PNG includes

• city name
• date range
• a title
• better axis labelling
• Remove slider

We would like the expected image to be displayed somewhere on the page so that we can use snapshot testing to check the updated images.
