Wiki page exists with a system diagram (similar to the one in the proposal) and supporting explanation
Tech stack described
Diagram can be used (either directly or with minimal modification) in slides and blog posts
Has been reviewed by someone in the Architecture Community of Practice (outside of the team)
Diagram can be edited by someone beyond the development team (i.e. a link is provided to the source, which could be via an online editor or by reference to a source file held in GitHub or the vAirify OneDrive)
