External E/B field import from openPMD - Support 1D #3830

In https://github.com/ECP-WarpX/WarpX/pull/3584, support for 1D3V was left unimplemented.

@ax3l I notice that there's no label for 1D3V as there is for RZ. It's less special-case-y than RZ, but still a special case compared to the well supported 2D and 3D configurations.
