BUG: AC3Filter progress bar not accurate...

Hi, I use a file manager called XYplorer and it can use AC3Filter to play .mp3 
files.  This feature in XYplorer is called preview, but it can play whole .mp3 
files with an interactive progress bar and controls.  But I have ran into a bug 
and the XYplorer developer says it's AC3Filter's fault because he doesn't have 
this problem when using K-Lite Codec Pack Basic 5.7.0.

With AC3Filter, the XYplorer preview progress bar is not accurate when letting 
an audio play from start to finish. The audio finishes way before the progress 
bar reaches the end. However, the progress bar is accurate when clicking on it 
to seek position. So it seems to be a problem only when letting audio play from 
start to finish. The audio is played using the latest AC3Filter 1.63b. Can this 
be fixed?

BTW: Tested with .mp3 audio only. Haven't tried other audio types or video 
files. I'm on Win7 x64.

Also in XYplorer, some .mp3 files cannot be played with AC3Filter.  Can this 
also be improved?
