Export Animated Model generates huge file #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached GenericGuy2.blend file
2. Select Export Animated Model
3. Wait 10-20 minutes for the file to be generated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a short wait and a small file, just as with TestDudeAnimation. This 
model has far fewer verts, keyframes, and bones, but the file is 100x as large.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BlenderToXNA-r132 on Blender 2.57, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Much simpler model (monkey with 2 bones, 4 keyframes) works fine with same 
environment.
