No output to log file when running in background

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press button "Run in background"
2. Change file in source folder
3. File is sync'ed to destination folder, but action is not logged

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just as in mode "Sync file and exit" it would be quite helpful to have a chance 
to verify what actually happened when in background mode .

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0.264, Windows 7 64-bit

The log file is written on program exit or if you click on the show-log button. 
It is not written to while the program is running.
That's why you won't see anything logged if you keep the file open in another 
editor.

But the actions are still logged, you just have to use the show-log button to 
see them.
