Failed to encrypt file #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set up sync pair, with option to encrypt filename checked, and the 
destination pair is google drive.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be encrypted file, but the process fails instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cryptsync version 1.2.0.264
OS windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem may be because of too long directory structure created at 
destination due to encryption of filename. Windows has some limit on length of 
directory path to file.
