this would be great, a lot of people are using linux this days.
This would also allow to use cryptsync on a linux server, eg, ftp folder with
backup support

I would like this too. I realize that other options exist on linux (namely
encfs). I've used both, and I like cryptsync a lot better. It seems a tad
faster and I like that my files are just plain old 7z files that I can open
with 7z whenever I want. Encfs just feels to opaque.

Thanks for a great product!

I would also love to see a Linux client. Even if the initial version was
limited to just a command line version, that would be OK with me.
