Unable to climb the ladder at the beginning of level 2 of RR (Lumberland).

only way to defeat the ladder was to do a sdclip

I found out you can climb a ladder (and the chain in Sewers) holding down the 
Use key.

I mean, the key to open doors, throw switches, press buttons etc.
