Multiplayer Deaths Not Working #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build a Muliplayer FPSC Game
2. Get 1 person to shoot the other in game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the player crouching down, red eyed hud and the players weapon 
hiding, they still have their gun out and none of these things happen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.19 B4
