DTS-HD Bitstreaming drops to PCM on Pause #424

Describe the issue you're having:
First of all the LAV audio and video codecs are excellent, I have a full
working media centre driving a 47" TV with Onkyo Amp, everything plays perfect,
the one issue I have is when I play a film, any extension, MP4, MKV which is in
DTS Master Audio, when I pause the film, the amp comes off DTS MA and displays
PCM, when I un-pause the amp returns to DTS MA but obviously there is a 2
second delay whilst it flicks over, this does not happen with any other format
DTS, DD etc the LAV audio is set to Bitstream all formats possible.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Play any film that is in DTS HD Master Audio, press pause, then press play.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
I have the latest LAV audio and video codecs installed, this happens within
Media Player and Media centre

Please provide any additional information below.
Again I know this is a small issue but fixing this would turn the LAV codecs
from a 9.9/10 to a 10/10

This is in the hands of the audio renderer. The audio decoder cannot influence
this.

Thanks for the speedy response, could you help me further as I am not an
expert in this field, I am using a NVidia GT520 graphics card with HDMI
output, when I use Cyberlink PowerDVD to play the same file (MKV) in DTS HD
Master Audio I don't get this issue when Pausing. I then use MP or WMC
using LAV codecs and the issue is there. Could you point me in the right
direction where to find the problem? Many thanks for your help in advance.
