Decode RTSP stream #448

Describe the issue you're having:
I'm trying to decode a h264 stream coming from Video Processing Project RTSP 
source filter (http://sourceforge.net/projects/videoprocessing/) and I cannot 
see any frame.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
I have attached a dump file generated by the RTSP filter that should be decoded 
by LAV.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
I'm using v0.61.1 tested with GraphStudio.

Please provide any additional information below.
The RTSP server is an Android application and I have to render the video stream 
using LAV decoder. Any help will be much appreciated.

What makes you think the file should be decodable?
I don't recognize it as any valid file format. It doesn't seem to contain a 
single H.264 start code, either its encrypted or encapsulated in another weird 
format, or its something else entirely.

Note that the issue tracker is for actual bug reports, and not user support, 
therefor i'm closing this issue.
