First md3 multipart mech (beholden) #13

We had a lot of problems getting the multipart md3 model working. In Red 
Eclipse it wouldnt animate as the player character but would as the NPC zombie. 
Then I found no multipart md3 would animate in Red Eclipse, so either support 
has been dropped or has been broken. So we tried the model in Sauer and it 
works. Currently only partly animated. 

Current animations

0-24 walk forward
24-48 walk backward
49 idle
50-66 run forward
66-82 run backward

Torso rotation is the only real new behavoir, this needs to be built in the 
model animation, implemented in the engine right through to the controller. We 
await Walter.

I tried naming all the animations as suggested by eithrul, and tried again and 
tried again and tried again. Looked through the md3 ironsnout model, configured 
it, tried again and tried again and tried........
