Maps for the Demo #16

After having the model run around on the maps and being able to do work on 
things like speed, POV, weapon models, scale etc, we are now in the postion of 
being able to start work on maps. We have decided to keep the mech about player 
size and scale down mapmodels etc. Most of the map models are not suitable for 
a mech shooter anyway, so we will have to develop suitable map models such as 
vehicles, buildings, tress, bridges etc

I was (am) hoping to get one of the experienced Cube mappers onboard, failing 
that, flush out someone from the Mech community with an interest, willingness 
to learn and significant issues with OCD. We probably only need 2 or 3 for the 
demo. 

Here are my thoughts:

 * suitable for multiplayer, team play
 * open and outdoors
 * no requirement for jumping - mechs don't jump, one day some may have jumpjets but at the moment they don't jump
 * any weather or terrain OK
 * don't worry about a skybox, or rather just use a sauer standard 
 * 2 team spawn points
 * map models (if any) need to be either with the standard sauer distro or open source (or both) In most cases they will need to be scaled down
 * Textures - as above. If you can scale them down in some fashion or show us how we will do it.
