Create a temporary playlist from a directory #142

Even if it's only rudimentary, I'd like to be able to create a temporary
playlist file of a directory (perhaps off a DVD) and go to Current Playlist
to play it on repeat. Even if it is stored on my SD card temporarily and
just pointed to the DVD files, I'd be seriously grateful.

I've got a 4 year old who watches the old episodes of Ninja Turtles on the
Wii, and it's hard playing each individual file over and over. Geexbox does
not support this and neither does my DVD player, so I'm at your mercy here. :(
