release_date is incorrect in meta.xml #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check meta.xml for incorrect year.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  <release_date>20090328</release_date> is expected.
  <release_date>20080328</release_date> is actually in the file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
This is probably why the Homebrew Browser does not display the new version 
as available for download.
