can not access files within the folder which named in Chinese characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a folder and name it in Chinese characters
2. copy some supported video files in the folder
3. open the folder by Mplayer CE 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
files should be listed but nothing can be seen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mplayer CE 0.4 /Wii 3.2J

Please provide any additional information below.
1.I put a Chinese TTF font file in Mplayer and modified mplayer.conf which
make the chinese characters can be shown correctly by Mplayer.
2.Sample files are on the USB HDD
3.Files can be listed and accessed without problems after changing the 
folder name to english.
