path independent feature request

I cannot install multiple version of mplayer-ce. For keep use old version
of mplayer-ce and at same time to explorer new version's new feature.
Because of mplayer-ce always try to get configure from
"fat:/apps/mplayer-ce/" so I cannot just rename "fat:/apps/mplayer-ce" to
"fat:/apps/mplayer-ce-old/" to keep the old version. The old version still
try get configure file from "fat:/apps/mplayer-ce".

So if the code try to get all config file and font file from the path
relative the execute image boot.dol 's path. It will enable we to try multi
version of mplayer-ce without configuration conflict.

We like to keep it as it is, just like all updates to apps, it's best for all 
users 
to always have a "backup" of their files, e.g. using HBB to update, I'm pretty 
sure 
it will overwrite all your "filled in" confif files, which we can't really do 
anything about, also older versions are always on the downloads section or 
available 
elsewhere.
