Can't navigate in menus playing a DVD with libdvdnav

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert a Video DVD with menu
2. Navigate to the DVD (libdvdnav) option
3. Play the DVD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu should be navigable, but instead I see the menu and I can't
navigate it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mplayer v0.4, Wii menu version 3.2U

Please provide any additional information below.
If libdvdnav is correctly implemented, we may be able to navigate the menus
using a nunchuk or the analog control of the Gamecube controller. Right now
the controls are still mapped to seeking forward and backward.

DVDNav is originally very buggy and will lose allot of frame drops, Try not to 
use 
dvdnav if you can, it was said in Team Twiizers original MPlayer proof of 
concept 
about dvdnav.
We will look into the problem though, some dvd's wont play through dvdnav, well 
they 
hadn't with me with a chip, will look into it, thanx for the report.

To navigate you need to use the 2 button as a modifier key.  See information 
about
the controls on the wiki.
