Next chapter button during play playlists #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a mp3 playlist
2. Press Up Arrow (Next chapter)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it jumps to next song.
MPlayer-CE jumps to x seconds forward

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MPlayer-CD 4.0a
