Code dump when button pressed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Aprox. 3 seconds after any button on wii remote is pressed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well i try to press down on the d-pad to select file source, the code dump 
is shown, its got a load of numbers, but at the bottom it say reload in 8 
seconds, then it says reload, but it never does reload.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 5 Mplayer ce. 
Wii: 4.0E softmii'd to work like a 3.2 wii.
cios usb, dvdx installed before the update to 4.0E. But the softmii guide 
said it would work like it did on 3.2...

Please provide any additional information below.
Version 4 MPlayer ce works fine.
I have added a photo of the error.

I found the solution to the problem.
I reinstalled DVDx and it worked like a charm.
