Media Player CE 0.4 and 0.5 NEVER load :( #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running MplayerCE

I have Mplayer CE on my SD card and have tried accessing with the homebrew
channel and with a forwarder. Neither way seems to work. It gets stuck on
the loading screen.

I have installed DVDx with IOS202
I have installed the specail USB2 cIOS
Upon launching Mplayer no USB devices are connected either.
Running on 3.2E

Please look at the issues before posting the one before you is complaining of 
exactly
the same problem.  Make sure you have all the correct files in your 
apps/mplayer_ce
folder.

I have looked at all the other issues. All the correct files are there.
