I can't read the subtitles very well #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can't read the subtitles very well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need to change, color, outline and size of subtitles.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mplayer CE v0.5

You can change the size of the subtitles editing the parameter 
subfont-text-scale in
the file mplayer.conf.

my problem is:

The subtitles are transparent, I would like to change it.

An option to change the size of the subtitles would be nice, its annoying to 
have to
take the card of the console to change the setting.
