What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play any file
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Vertical bars.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6 Wii 4.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to change the values hor_pos, vert_pos and zoom but not seen any
difference.

The 0.4 version works fine here, but the 0.5 and 0.6 not. =[

Same problem here.

Fixed in 0.61, use the vars in mplayer.conf to remove black bars.
