bg_alloc.c Makefile update #1

Sago, 

Changed all the references in the code from g_mem.c to use the functions in
bg_alloc.c instead. 

I changed the windows compile scripts as well.  
I have no idea what to do in order to change the Makefile for linux though.
 Could you update this and post the steps of how to do this in the wiki?

Your revision worked. I was able to compile "game" and it ran without issue. 

Feel free to email me where to look to make changes/add to the makefile for 
linux so
I don't have to keep you going back to tie up the loose ends. :)
