Can't install Open Sauce

What did the Exception Report say (if this was on Windows)? Include Fault
Executable Name and Offset.
Unable to find Halo CE v 1.09 via it's registry entry.
Installation of the OS runtime will not be available until you reinstall and 
update Halo CE.

What steps will reproduce the problem? If this happened in a command line
program, GIVE US THE COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS YOU USED!
1.Installed Halo CE and Halo Custom Edition
2.Patched the game to 1.09
3.*Tried* to install open sauce.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected open sauce to be installed properly and make the game more enjoyable 
and prettier.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS 3.0           Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below. E.g. PC specs
The game still works but now all im getting are some new( but still great) 
weapons.

3.0 is no longer supported. Use the latest version, 3.0.3, which can be found 
on the downloads page. Also, be sure you are using the CE/HEK installers found 
on halomaps.org.

Tried with the 3.0.3 version, didn't work. Same message, downloading HEK now. 
I'll see if it makes a difference.
