HUD stretched when zoomed in #96

OS 3.1, Windows 7 x64, -vidmode1920,1080,60 -use21

When HUD stretch compensation is enabled, the parts of the HUD that appear when 
zoomed-in are still stretched on widescreen monitors. Applies to pistol, rocket 
launcher, and sniper rifle at least. Dunno about custom weapons or anything 
else.

Attached file from 1280x720 windowed mode. You can see the large circle around 
the reticule is an oval.

This is by design, UI elements that are full screen must remain full screen 
otherwise the HUD would just stop at the edges of the HUD rather than covering 
the screen.
