eliminate trees module #230

the trees module is buggy, and overkill for needs of pymel anyway; since it's 
currently only used in a single place in pymel, and fixing + maintaining all 
the other code in the module would be more trouble than it's worth, modify 
existing code to not use it, and eliminate it.

First put in a deprecation warning?
