maya crash if i try to save after i import pymel

Maya crash if i try to save after i import pymel
the problem only occur on some scene.

if i open the scene run : import pymel.core as pm and try to save it crash 
every time.

What Version of Maya are you using?

Maya 2010 x64

On what operating system? (be as specific as possible and include service
packs, 64bit vs 32bit, etc)

windows 7 and windows xp

What Version of PyMEL are you using?
1.02

Hi Colas - this is obviously a very serious issue, but hard to work on without 
a working example.  Could you provide us with a scene file in which this 
happens?

here is the scene file but it's strange because i already attach this scene 
file when i have reported the error
