Specifed bots randomly spawn as DemoGuy

I only include >FemBots< in my matches, and randomly a few of them run as 
>DemoGuy<.

I've tested intensively and found out, that it has to do with custom 
characters. In my UTGame.ini I have the following botlist:
ActiveBots=(BotName="Jeanette",bInUse=True) = herself (Demoguy)
ActiveBots=(BotName="BorgQueen",bInUse=True) = XenoXXX (Demoguy)
ActiveBots=(BotName="Muschi",bInUse=True) = Jessi (works)
ActiveBots=(BotName="Hel",bInUse=True) = herself (Demoguy)
ActiveBots=(BotName="Jessi",bInUse=True) = herself (works)
ActiveBots=(BotName="IronGirl",bInUse=False) = KaT (Demoguy)
ActiveBots=(BotName="Jessica",bInUse=False) = herself (works)
......... and so on ........

If I use the stockcharacters (fem) than it works (sound), but they have all 
the same outfit. I looks like, this is normal. In normal Teamdeathmatch 
they look similar.
