Commands register with no key binding set #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Remove a key binding
2. Do not re-bind the function
3. The function will or should continue to operate using the default 
keystroke(s)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Ideally, a function with out a binding should not execute. Instead, the 
function reverts back to its default (vanilla) binding.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 5.05, 17 December 2011; Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
- Only tested with the "self-destruct" command
